A strong construction for lasting performance.
A steel plate is used to make the outer casing, and is finished with white and blue coloured tough stoved epoxy paints.
Brightly polished corrosion resistant stainless steel is used to make the inner casing.
ENTRY PORT Ø 20 mm
For the passage of cables or probes, an entry port with a 20mm Ø is centered on its left side. Incase of non-usage or to make it artight after passing the cables, the access port is blocked with a silicone cork.
An incredible heating power.
The temperature rises very quickly. The ideally positioned sheathed stainless steal heating elements in the air flow which is controlled by SSRs ensures heating.
A BETTER INSULATION
The inner and outer casing have no contact. The thick insulation, asbestos-free, allow :
– brilliant thermal stability,
– minimum heat dissipation,
– lower energy costs,
– reduced surface temperatures.
A powerful vertical airflow which accelerates the drying process.
The fan sucks the air upwards which is shielded by a stainless steel sheet. The air moves over the heating elements and temperature sensor. The air which is heated is then dispersed in the base of the oven along the entire width and re-circulated by the fan. Installation of an adjustable fan speed device can also be made as an option.

The homogeneity of the temperature inside the volume is increased by the powerful air flow.
A wonderful air change
On top of the oven, a new inlet, and hot air outlet of 63, 80 or 100mm diameter (depending on the model) is located. Air change rate is controlled with its adjustable opening. There is a rectangular connection between the air exhaust chimney and the extraction system.

Work safely !
Products are protected by an independent adjustable safety controller with digital display (class 3.1 protection) that also calculates volume temperature and aids in regulating in case of failure of the temperature controller. In case of overheating, it cuts the heating elements until there is a drop in the temperature below the set value.
The oven is protected with an independent over temperature thermostat which has a manual reset and class 2 protection. It keeps a check on unusual rising of the temperature and then cuts of the heating.
The heating is stopped in the event of failure of the ventilation fan.
Warning in the event of any ventilation problem or overheating is given with different visual alarms.
