Gas Purification

The purpose of the MBRAUN gas purification system, together with a glovebox is for the enabling and maintaining of a pure inert gas atmosphere inside a hermetically sealed enclosure. Materials that are sensitive to moisture and/or oxygen are handled by using the attached gloves or by means of specially designed handling systems. GAS PURIFICATION SYSTEMS Similar to our glovebox model offerings MBRAUN offers gas purification systems in a variety of configurations that meet the different demands of the marketplace. Gas purifier systems include our standard gas purifier systems (G-series), Inert gas management systems (IGMS series), high pressure gas purifier systems (HP series), particle absorber clean jet systems (Clean Jet Series) and our tritium retention systems. Configurations range from single column and double column purifier units with standard features to fully automated, multi-column custom purification systems used in industrial production scale applications.

MB-200 G

The MB-200-G gas purifier has been specifically designed for both university and industrial applications.

MB-200-G-N-I

The MB-200-G-N-I allows for a combined removal of oxygen, moisture, and nitrogen to values below 1 ppm from inert gases such as Argon or Helium. Typical applications are in the research and manufacturing of batteries, HID lamps and certain welding processes.                       

MB-300-G

The MB-300-G gas purifier has been specifically designed for industrial applications that need ultra-low levels of oxygen and moisture in inert enclosures up to 10 m³ in volume.

MB-600-G

 The MB-600-G is a powerful gas purification system that has been specifically designed for industrial applications that need ultra-low levels of oxygen and moisture in inert enclosures up to 20 m³ in volume.

MPU SERIES

The MPU-Series inert gas purification system is a modular purification unit (MPU) that offers an intermediate solution between the G-Series and the IGMS-Series product offering.

MB-200-IGMS

  The MB-200-IGMS is the most compact purifier of the IGMS series. Small in outer dimensions it still is the worldwide recognized industrial standard in the production of OLEDs under controlled environments.

MB-300-IGMS

The MB-300-IGMS was the first purifier connected to an OLED production line and has quickly gained worldwide reputation amongst OLED suppliers because of its reliability, stability and ease of operation.

MB-600-IGMS

The MB-600-IGMS is currently the most powerful standardized inert gas purifier and is recognized worldwide as the industrial standard in mass production of OLEDs

MB-1500-IGMS

The MB-1500-IGMS is the most powerful inertgas purifier designed to be used for the most demanding operating conditions in regards to working space and absorption capacity for moisture and oxygen.

MB-100-HP

High Pressure (HP) Gas Purifiers are utilized in a variety of applications and is most often used as a pre-purifier of all in-house gas supplies.

MB-500-HP

High Pressure (HP) Gas Purifiers are utilized in a variety of applications and is most often used as a pre-purifier of all in-house gas supplies.

MB-2500-HP

High Pressure (HP) Gas Purifiers are utilized in a variety of applications and is most often used as a pre-purifier of all in-house gas supplies.

MB-60-PA

MB-PA-60 Clean Jet acts as an effective dust and soot remover with a highly efficient particulate air filtration system.

MB-60-TI

The MB-PA-60 Ti Clean Jet is equipped with a single filter column. The gas flows through the filter is controlled by means of electro-pneumatic valves and a blower unit.

MB-60-TI-PURGE

The MB-PA-60-Ti Purge Clean Jet is equipped with a single filter column. Gas flows through the filter that is controlled by means of electro-pneumatic valves and a blower unit.

TRITIUM RETENTION SYSTEMS (TRS)

Tritium Retention Systems convert all tritiated chemical species (principally elemental, oxide and hydrocarbon) in the process stream to the oxide form (HTO) and remove the tritiated water by absorption on molecular sieve beds.
