1. OXYMAT Modular PSA Oxygen Generators

OXYMAT is proud to present the first low pressure PSA (LPSA) generator with the lowest power consumption on the market.

This new line of oxygen generators will provide our customers with the same high gas quality at a dramatically reduced power requirement, as low as 0.86 kWh per produced Sm3 of oxygen at 2.7 bar(g) outlet pressure at purities up to 95%.

  • All pipe sets and valves are made from stainless steel SS 316L (stainless steel)

2. OXYMAT PSA Oxygen Standard Generators (Twin - Tower)

 

Our OXYMAT PSA Oxygen Generators covers 14 standard models with capacity in the range from 2.27 to 189.12 m3/hour.

Flow is measured in Nm3/h and the performance is up to 95,0 % purity.

Notes *1 – Stated flow in NM3/hour are for operation with reference to 20 °C, 1013 mbar. Inlet pressure 6-8 barG. Flow variance ±5%.

Our OXYMAT frame built PSA oxygen generators covers 8 models with capacity in the range from 112.29 to 472.80 m3/hour. Flow measured in Nm3/h. Purity up to 95,0%.

OXYMAT X-versions PSA oxygen models 2 to 5 are supplied as frame built solutions, which includes: buffer vessels, filters, advanced control, dew point, pressure, temperature, flow, purity and remote monitoring.
