Gas Purification

The purpose of the MBRAUN gas purification system, together with a glovebox is for the enabling and maintaining of a pure inert gas atmosphere inside a hermetically sealed enclosure. Materials that are sensitive to moisture and/or oxygen are handled by using the attached gloves or by means of specially designed handling systems.

GAS PURIFICATION SYSTEMS

Similar to our glovebox model offerings MBRAUN offers gas purification systems in a variety of configurations that meet the different demands of the marketplace. Gas purifier systems include our standard gas purifier systems (G-series), Inert gas management systems (IGMS series), high pressure gas purifier systems (HP series), particle absorber clean jet systems (Clean Jet Series) and our tritium retention systems. Configurations range from single column and double column purifier units with standard features to fully automated, multi-column custom purification systems used in industrial production scale applications.

The MB-10-G gas purifier is a compact, affordable solution to achieving and maintaining ultra-low levels of oxygen and moisture when your research requires an inert environment.

   The MB-200-G gas purifier has been specifically designed for both university and industrial applications.                              

 

 


   

                                 MB-200-G-N-I

The MB-200-G-N-I allows for a combined removal of oxygen, moisture, and nitrogen to values below 1 ppm from inert gases such as Argon or Helium. Typical applications are in the research and manufacturing of batteries, HID lamps and certain welding processes.                       

 


                                 MB-300-G

The MB-300-G gas purifier has been specifically designed for industrial applications that need ultra-low levels of oxygen and moisture in inert enclosures up to 10 m³ in volume.

 The MB-600-G is a powerful gas purification system that has been specifically designed for industrial applications that need ultra-low levels of oxygen and moisture in inert enclosures up to 20 m³ in volume.
