A robust heat conduction sensor which is also of a compact size, the VSP841/42 Pirani half bridge calculates absolute pressure in the range of fine vacuums. It is temperature compensated and pre-adjusted.

Ideally used as a sensor tracking vacuum isolations and for controlled and passive bridge circuits.
