The VCC200 capacitance vacuum transducer is used for measuring absolute pressure with high accuracy and independent of gas type even below 20 mbar. Due to its durable ceramic sensor it is nearly insensitive to dirt and contamination

The VSP63  is based on a new, patented measurement principle. The well proven Thyracont impulse Pirani sensor provides a larger measuring range with higher resolution. The advanced VSP64 uses an optimized temperature compensation. Accuracy and stability have been further improved.

The Pirani sensor in the VCP63 vacuum transducer with platinum / rhodium filament is suitable for corrosive applications in the fine vacuum range. VCP63 works with the patented impulse ramp principle and has an optimized temperature compensation, which leads to higher accuracy and excellent stability.

  The VSP841/42 Pirani half bridge measures absolute pressure in the fine vacuum range. The robust heat conduction sensor is compact, pre-adjusted and temperature compensated.
It is suitable for controlled and passive bridge circuits and as sensor for monitoring of vacuum isolations, readout of measurements with VD84.
